These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ankokusociety.com and any purchase you make from Ankoku Society (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Our garments and art pieces are made to order (print-on-demand). Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in colour, print position, and finish can occur, and screen colours may differ slightly from the finished product. Product images are for illustration.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or payment cannot be taken — and will refund any payment already made.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds (GBP) or US dollars (USD) depending on your selected currency, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery times, shipping costs, and your rights to cancel or return are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos, text, and imagery on this site are owned by Ankoku Society or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Our liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
